Important Facts

- CONSULAR JURISDICTION. The Embassy of Ireland in Washington DC accepts visa applications from resident in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands.
- Passport must have at least six (6) months validity beyond the completion of a trip and at least two (2) blank visa pages.
- NO VISA REQUIRED for nationals of Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, UK & (British overseas Citizens), USA and some other countries.
