Steps to apply for a visa

1. Select the country.
2. Duly fill out the appropriate application form by selecting the correct link. The application form must be typewritten. Most application forms on our website are in a PDF fillable format.
3. Print and sign the completed application.
4. Return the application with ALL the required documents to the GC Visa Office.
5. Bring in all the required documents to the Visa office 15-20 business days prior to the travel date. Some countries take longer time to process visas, in that case, please bring your request earlier than 20 business days.
6. Please note all Embassies and State Department offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, designated federal holidays, and Embassy’s selected holidays.

*Allow the Visa office two days to process the application before we take it to the respective Consular Office.*
